The differences between Old Time Radio and fans and Deadheads is such a wide gap we don't want to waste your time.
On the one hand, Old Time Radio fans recorded homemade tapes of their favorite shows and shared or sold them to other fans. When the internet came along Old Time Radio fans started to digitize the old tapes and put the files up on bulletin boards or on websites like the internet Archive so that everyone could listen to it and enjoy them. Although the performances have stopped, the OTR people still like to discuss and review the shows .
On the other hand, the Grateful Dead people like to ........
Never-mind.

PS. R3 put at least three double entendres in that first posting and got no bites. Is this a slow night at the GD forum?
Night in OTR land is anytime after 3PM

We have a plethora of "gap fillers" here.

Methinks SDH's game is weak today.

Well, with what was going on in the retirement community thread below, I thought it'd be the considerate thing to do to take it easy on this first-time poster. Even if this was entered here unknowingly...but I have a funny feeling this posting was no accident (feel free to insert your own gap at this point).

HA, just got around to this 1...
my gap has been filled, and inserted at point, by at least 3 double entendres (that's 6 if math is correct) at once. Called it a Friday night. So, lm good there.
couple more points to fit in:
"Other people are reading our garbage". (so, right)
and, at least we're NOT considered "Old Time Radio"!

Wish I could help you there BNRToast, but you have a sneetches star. Maybe Jeff Kaplan is orbiting in his spaceship out there somewhere...

Otherwise, the circus is in town, all the time, here.

B2 has pointed out to me that Jeff Kaplan has not posted in 5 days. I hope he gets vacation sometimes. The file move will happen some day.

Holy crap.

Other people are reading our garbage.

Not sure if I should commend you or feel sorry for you. It's not too late to run away, although it sounds like you've already got all the necessary handicaps, uh, "skills" to fit right in around here.
